Re-design and documentation of four townhouses in St Kilda East

This project is a four-townhouse development in St Kilda East. The client has an existing town planning permit for four townhouses with shared basement on this site. The brief from client is to revise the existing design, prepare town planning drawings for endorsement and full documentation drawings for this project. We implemented key design changes including adjustments to built form, optimisation to internal layouts, and modifications on materials and finishes to reflect the client's vision of the project.
