Renovation to a Victorian terrace in Queensberry Street.

The renovation retained its current retail area at street level with a revised entry sequence that improves the sense of address and street presence for both the retail and existing dwelling (behind and above). The internal features will be renovated with the facade of the building retained to form a three bedroom dwelling (currently 4 bedrooms) with improved outlook and amenity.
