Clients have the option to work with Urban Creative and Prava to optimise these designs to suit their individual living needs.
Signature Design 01
This four bedroom home features an expansive living and entertaining space. This opens up into the rear deck to join these into a single entertaining area integrated with the back yard and outdoor kitchen. A glazed roof over the entry welcomes you home and frame the views through to the back yard landscape. This leads past a light-filled internal courtyard that forms a central feature, around which the living and sleeping wings of the house are positioned.
Signature Design 02
The Signature Design 02 features a two-storey home with spacious living, dining and ground floor master bedroom. These are all situated to provide an easy flow between spaces and frame the views out the central courtyard and lap pool. Upstairs, the second living is positioned as a mezzanine that takes advantage of the double height void to ground. This opens up the entry and living areas to give a generous sense of space and maximise natural light into the home. Two of the three bedrooms have direct access to balconies and all are arranged to maximise views to the garden areas.
Signature Design 03
This design sits over two levels on a sloped site. Signature Design 3 cleverly takes advantage of the natural fall in a site to tuck the garage under the home and minimise the presence of cars to the street façade. This maximises the opportunities for a heavily landscaped front yard and direct entry into the living kitchen and dining from street. An “upside down” built form means that the lower level contains sleeping areas and a second living that opens onto the back deck.
